International Customers: Schafers implements a Flash Freezing Process.

Schafer Fisheries ships internationally by the process of flash freezing. By using us, international restaurants are able to receive fish that are not accessible in their countries, providing them with larger, healthier fish for their consumers. Schafer also offers wholesale fish opportunities. Current wholesalers are based in many major United States cities.
